Songs with energy, depth and feel
Andy Pearce is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, composer, mixing engineer and music producer.
This British-Australian artist combines Rock, Blues, & Funk based guitar-driven tunes with electronic elements and techniques resulting in a sonic blend that is uniquely his own.
Taking inspiration from The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Radiohead, R.A.T.M, Beastie Boys, Madness, The Prodigy, The Cult, Queen, Roy Buchanan and Gary Moore (to name a fragment) can only help to write songs with energy, depth and feel.
Growing up in England in the 80’s Andy was exposed to some great British bands at their peak which shaped the budding young guitarist. After emigrating to Australia and forming a band, Andy cut his teeth in the thriving Aussie pub rock scene, fine-tuning his performance skills.
He has been performing live all over the world for over twenty years, as well as writing and recording for just as long. Throughout the 90’s Andy embraced and experimented with technology culminating in a BMus (Creative Technology).
He is currently in the studio working on a set of funky tracks that he’s had lying around for a while. Plus recording a collection of guitar-based instrumental cues for use in film and tv, and as always, he’s performing gigs locally.
